Using this site

You can read, share and link to our pages. Please do not copy our programs, guides, photos or writing and present them as your own, and do not try to break or misuse the site or its forms.

Programs and series

The Role Rebrand Series and the Business Build Series are educational. We help you do the work, but your results depend on you, your situation and many things outside our control. We cannot promise a job, a client, income or any specific outcome.

Membership

• Individual membership costs $89 for your first 90 days, then $19 a month.
• You can cancel any time. Canceling stops the next charge. It does not refund a payment already made.
• Founding member pricing stays the same for as long as your membership stays active.
• If prices change for new members, we tell existing members by email first.

Organization programs

Programs for organizations are covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins.

Events

Event tickets are sold on Luma, and Luma's terms apply to your purchase. Dates, times and places can change. If we cancel an event, we will tell ticket holders and explain the refund on the event page.

AI tools and advice

Anything an AI tool on this site tells you is a starting point, not professional advice. It can be wrong. For legal, financial, tax or medical decisions, talk to a qualified professional.

The stories on this site are real experiences from real members. They are not typical results and they are not a promise of what you will get.

Other websites

We link to other websites, like Luma and application pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, The Pro Pivot is not responsible for losses that come from using the site, the programs or the information in them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
